We offer the following shipping methods for orders placed on our website:

Standard Delivery:
Our standard delivery option is free for all UK postcode addresses. Orders placed before 1pm are typically dispatched the same working day, subject to receiving payment. Deliveries are dispatched via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 3 working days, depending on your location and bank holidays.

Next Working Day Delivery:
For customers who require their orders urgently, we offer a next working day delivery option via Parcelforce. The cost for next working day delivery is £3.95 for all UK postcode addresses. Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for next working day delivery. Please note that working days are Monday to Friday.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Free for all UK postcode addresses.
  • Next Working Day Delivery: £3.95 for all UK postcode addresses. This flat rate applies regardless of the size and weight of your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also log into your Simply Menus account to track your order status and view your order history. This allows you to monitor your order from the moment it’s dispatched to when it arrives at your door.


4. Delivery Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Certain items may be subject to delivery restrictions based on size, weight, or shipping location. If your order is affected by these restrictions, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options if available.


5. Order Status

You can check the status of your order by logging into your Simply Menus account and viewing your order history. Here, you can track the progress of your order from processing to delivery.
